1.  Know the agent you are doing business with.  * Buying a home is a major  decision -  the most important thing you can do is to make sure the person assisting & advising you is qualified, knowledgable & experienced.  They should be someone you feel you can trust and are available to answer questions as well guide you through the entire process. Often the biggest decision you'll make in life is the purchase a home.  You wouldn't use just  any  attorney or any doctor  for something important,  don't just use  any   REALTOR.   Make  sure the person assisting & advising you has the Knowledge & Experience to assist you in getting  the BEST house for the BEST price.

What are  a buyer's responsibilities in the purchase process?  Inspections, forms to fill out, my buyers rights, Who does what and when?  During the purchase  process there are lots of things happening, a buyer has certain rights and responsibilities. My job is to inform you, assist you and help protect your rights in addition to getting all the papers, forms, inspections etc. done and done properly.

3.  Choosing a lender ?  Why is it important to prequalify before I find the house I want?  What type of questions to ask the lender?  Understanding the lender language -what  are  these  fees and other costs besides my down payment?    What is the best loan program for you?  As your REALTOR , I'll  help you locate a  reputable & respected lender offering  a variety of loan programs to make sure you get great service / information & the loan that works best  for you.

4. What is title and escrow?  How does it work, what does it cost,  who pays for what?   As your REALTOR  I'll assist you in understanding the title, escrow and closing process.   I work  closely with the title & escrow company, your lender and  all  other parties involved to make sure your transaction goes as smoothly as possible and that you have the necessary information to get  you into your new home.   Buying a home  should be a * Happy experience in your life -- let me help make sure that 's how it happens for you.

5.  Need help with moving, utilities, insurance, school information, suppliers or vendors that can help with  landscaping , pools, home improvements?  I'll  provide you with a list of recommended providers and other information.  Just ask !!
